March 21, 2001 Dear Ann, John and Bud: About 2 years ago, I sent for some Carter info and liked what I saw. I asked a few dumb questions and you were very kind and patient with me. Since that time I never even considered buying another brand of steel and started saving my pennies. Then I saw an ad for the "starter" and decided to give it a go. I am very pleased with the Carter-Starter. All the parts work and it SOUNDS good! I've never had a good experience with a starter instrument before, so I was a little nervous about this one.
